Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Opens for entries at 00:00 on 2nd September 2024 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 1st January 2025. Entries received outside of these times will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.
The promotion is limited to one entry per person, email address and mobile number, per week with a maximum of six entries per person in total throughout the promotional period. Maximum of one cash prize per person and one prize draw prize in total throughout the promotional period.
To enter the promotion, you must purchase a qualifying pack of Lindor from a participating retailer (see clause 7 for list of promotional products), scan the QR code found on in-store point of sale materials and off-shelf displays or visit https://lindor75.co.uk/ . Enter your details, including full name, email address, mobile number and the last 4 digits of the barcode from pack OR for Lindt store customers upload an image of your original till receipt, if requested, to find out instantly if you are a winner of an instant win prize. All entrants will have the option to be entered into the relevant prize draw for the retailer selected upon entry for the chance to win a trip for two to Switzerland. There is one trip to be won for Lindt store shoppers and one trip to be won for shoppers of all other participating retailers. In the event that the site is experiencing heightened suspicious activity, additional verification measures will be introduced. This may include SMS one-time code and other measures.

The chances of winning an instant win prize in 8.a.i above are 1 in 1,422 across participating retailers. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
Prizes in 8.a.ii above will be awarded via 62 predetermined winning moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly seeded throughout the Tesco specific promotional period between 00:00 on 25th October 2024 and 23:59 on 25th December 2024. The first entrant to select Tesco and make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment on that day will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If the winning moment has already been won for that day, their entry will have a chance to win a prize from 8.a.i above. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a daily winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more winning moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.
Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an instant win prize. Winners will also receive an SMS within 14 days confirming their win, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details and bank details in order to claim their prize. Instant win prizes will be paid via bank transfer. Winners’ personal details entered on the claim form must match the details used upon entry. Bank transfer payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online claim form and the bank details entered. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their prize. Bank transfer payments will be administered by Umbrella Risk Management Ltd. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.
The winners of the prize draws will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third party from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions within 7 days of the close date of the promotion. There will be two prize draws – one for Lindt store shoppers and one for shoppers of all other participating retailers. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winners. The winners will be notified by phone to the mobile number provided upon entry within 7 days of the prize draw. A maximum of 3 reserves will be contacted if the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days.
The prize is valid for travel until December 2025 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all UK public holidays. All travel must be completed by 22nd December 2025. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winners should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of their preferred dates for taking the trip.
The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels/ tours/ transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter’s Prize Provider will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. The Promoter is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight or train cancellation/delay.
Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
Please note that the Prize does not include, other than the amounts referred to in clause 8, any travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure. Travel to and from the winner’s location to the UK airport are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred. The winner is also responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from utilising the Prize if the winner and/or their guests fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or the winner and/or guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
The winners and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they all have a valid passport, are eligible for any applicable visa waiver programme or are in possession of a valid visa, as appropriate, and for ensuring that they have all necessary travel and medical insurance (prior to travelling and at all times during the period of travel) and any vaccinations as required.
All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Lindor 75 Years (8061), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Lindt and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion.
